Write For Us: Guest Post Guidelines

Want to Contribute to iwhitelabel.co?

iwhitelabel.co is a dedicated white label software directory built for agencies, resellers, SaaS founders, and operators who are navigating the white label ecosystem. Our mission is simple: make it easier for people to discover, evaluate, and deploy white label SaaS solutions.

We publish editorial content that helps our audience make smarter decisions about white label software: from choosing the right platform, to building reseller businesses, to scaling client services on top of branded tools.

If you work in or around white label SaaS as a founder, operator, consultant, marketer, or practitioner and you have something genuinely useful to say, we'd love to hear from you.

Who We're Looking For

We're open to contributions from practitioners who have real experience with white label software, SaaS products, agency operations, or reseller business models. You don't need a massive following — you need a perspective worth reading.

We evaluate contributor sites using spam score as a baseline quality filter. We only accept contributions from websites with a spam score under 10%. This is a non-negotiable threshold, checked via Moz or equivalent tooling.

We're specifically looking for:

  • Agency owners and operators who have built services on white label SaaS
  • SaaS founders with experience in the white label or reseller distribution model
  • Consultants or MSPs who have deployed branded software for clients
  • Marketers with documented expertise in SaaS growth, reseller onboarding, or partner programs
  • Independent writers with a strong portfolio and demonstrated knowledge of SaaS or software business models

Topics We Cover

Content must be directly relevant to the white label software or SaaS space. We do not accept general digital marketing, generic SEO, or off-topic tech content.

Suitable topic areas include:

  • How to evaluate and select a white label SaaS platform
  • Building a reseller or agency business on top of branded software
  • White label software for specific verticals (e.g. marketing agencies, MSPs, healthcare, education)
  • Pricing, packaging, and positioning white label tools for clients
  • Onboarding clients onto white label platforms — what works, what doesn't
  • Comparing white label vs. building in-house vs. traditional licensing
  • Case studies of agencies or resellers using white label SaaS at scale
  • AI-powered white label tools and what they actually deliver
  • Contracts, SLAs, and vendor relationships in white label arrangements
  • Mistakes to avoid when reselling SaaS under your own brand
  • How SaaS companies can launch a white label or reseller program

Editorial Standards

We take content quality seriously. Every submission is reviewed by our editorial team before publication.

Quality requirements:

  1. Minimum 1,200 words. Longer, more structured pieces tend to perform better and provide more value to readers. We strongly prefer 1,500–2,500 words.
  2. No keyword stuffing. Write naturally, for a human reader. We will decline or return any article that reads like it was written around a keyword list rather than a topic.
  3. Not sales-focused. Guest posts are not advertisements. Do not pitch your product, service, or agency throughout the article. One contextual, editorial mention is the maximum — and only where directly relevant.
  4. Original content only. We do not accept content that has been published elsewhere, repurposed from existing posts, or AI-generated without substantial human editorial input. Plagiarism checks are run on all submissions.
  5. Accurate and up to date. Claims should be factually grounded. Where you reference statistics, tools, or platform features, these should be current and verifiable.
  6. Helpful over promotional. The best articles teach something, answer a real question, or help someone make a better decision. If your article exists primarily to build a backlink rather than serve the reader, it won't be accepted.

Link Policy

  • One do-follow link to your own website or a directly related article is permitted per submission.
  • Your article must include at least two internal links to relevant pages or categories on iwhitelabel.co.
  • Additional outbound links to reputable third-party sources are welcome, but each will be reviewed individually.
  • Disallowed links: affiliate links, links to unrelated commercial services, gambling, adult content, or any site with a spam score above 10%.
  • We reserve the right to adjust, remove, or nofollow any link that does not meet our editorial standards.

Author Bio & Attribution

  • Include a short author bio (50–100 words) at the end of your submission.
  • You may include one link to your personal website, LinkedIn, or professional profile within your bio.
  • Optionally attach a headshot (JPG or PNG, square crop, minimum 400×400px).
  • Authors are credited by name and bio on all published pieces.

Submission Process

Step 1 — Review our content

Before you pitch, browse the iwhitelabel.co blog to understand our tone, format, and the topics we've already covered. We are unlikely to accept duplicate coverage of material we've recently published.

Step 2 — Pitch your idea

Send us a brief pitch — two to four sentences describing your proposed topic, the angle you'd take, and why it's relevant to our audience. Include links to two or three examples of your previous writing.

We will review your pitch and respond within 5 business days. If we pass on your pitch, you're welcome to submit a new idea — we try to give brief feedback where we can.

Step 3 — Write and submit

Once your pitch is approved, write your article and send it as a Google Doc (preferred) or Word document. Embed or attach any images as JPG/PNG files. Do not use screenshots of low resolution or watermarked stock photography.

Step 4 — Review and publication

Our team will review your submission for accuracy, quality, and fit. We may edit for clarity, structure, or adherence to guidelines — we'll notify you of any significant changes. We cannot guarantee a specific publication date, but aim to publish accepted pieces within two to four weeks of approval.

Step 5 — Promote your post

Once published, we ask that contributors share the article through their own social and professional channels. It benefits both parties, and it's a courtesy we genuinely appreciate.

What We Will Not Accept

  • General digital marketing, SEO, or content marketing content not specifically tied to white label SaaS
  • Thin, listicle-style content without depth or original thinking
  • Articles that are primarily structured to pass link equity rather than deliver value
  • Anything generated entirely by AI with no meaningful human editorial voice or expertise
